This wine is a light garnet-color. It reveals a very aromatic nose, with red fruits (strawberry, raspberry, cherry), black fruit aromas, and some spicy quince notes. The attack in the mouth is round, with supple and elegant tannins. This Pinot Noir has a sharp structure from which derives its richness. This wine is full of distinction and subtlety and goes well with all types of cuisine. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany white meats in sauce or grilled red meats
