The Crémant de Bourgogne Bailly Lapierre Pinot Noir is made from 100% of the Pinot Noir grape variety harvested by hand from the various winegrowers of the cooperative winery. After the various stages of production (pressing, alcoholic fermentation, etc.), the crémants is aged for 16 months in bottles in order to finish its fermentation and obtain this fine bubble. This Crémant de Bourgogne is full of character and power with a fruity palate thanks to the Pinot Noir grape variety.
