Silvio’s Chianti Classico is red natural wine of vibrant energy and utter sincerity, a traditional Chianti blend of mostly Sangiovese with Canaiolo and Colorino, cultivated in a biodynamic regime and blended at harvest. It ferments wildly then age in used barrels and cement, with no humiliating fining nor filtration. Fresh and enveloping, it pulsates with joyous notes of amarena cherries soaked in Calvados, balsamic currents and dark cocoa.
