Light ruby red colour. On the nose white flowers and small red fruits, morello cherry.
Fine and mineral on the palate with aromatic notes of red fruits and spices.
RECOMMENDED PAIRINGS
Valpolicella Wine for the whole meal, ideal with risottos and soups. Not too elaborate meat-based main courses.
Excellent with cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Serving temperature 14-16 degrees.
