The Roero Riserva Printi of Monchiero Carbone is an elegant red wine that is produced using just grapes cultivated in the Roero area. It shows a strong and brilliant red colour. The smell of it presents a strong and fruity bouquet, with scents of raspberries and wild strawberries and spicy marks of vanilla, cinnamon and tobacco.With a long and an armonic final and a pleasant softness, this wine is perfect to drink in combination to game, braised beef and seasoned cheese.
Strong ruby red with a tendency to garnet red / Strong, fruity and full bouquet / dry, full body and harmonious with very elegant and balanced tannins. This wine goes best with roasts, red meats, game and mature cheeses.
