A blend of malbec (60 percent) with cabernets franc and sauvignon, this wine ferments in cement tanks before aging the wine in oak. Decant it before dinner to enjoy the burstingly juicy red and blue fruit flavors that emerge with air. There’s complexity in the fruit besides its power, with a faint cherry stem flavor in the long finish.

Great depth and freshness. Very fresh blueberries, currants and a touch of fine herbs. The palate is juicy and tightly wound with some nicely chewy tannins and a fruity but bone-dry finish. Very firm and pristine. Malbec and sauvignon.
