Our Willamette Valley Pinot Noir is a combination of fruit from several vineyards in the Yamhill-Carlton, Dundee Hills, Ribbon Ridge and Chehalem Mountain AVAs. Fermentation in small lots with native yeasts and some whole cluster fermentation creates a wonderfully complex wine with silky texture and bright red fruit flavors complimented by elegant tannins and balanced acidity.
The wine will pair well with a variety of foods from roast chicken and pork to mushrooms and salmon. Drink now or cellar for ten to fifteen years.
