This Rosé shows how fresh and juicy the wines from Keuper are. Direct pressed Pinot Noir, Domina and Dornfelder grapes from 35 years old wines. Fermented in old oak barrels and 9 months on the lees.
Straight forward acidity with light red strawberry fruit.
A match with spicy Lahmacun.
