The Chardonnay "Kirschyard" by Weingut Mann is an intense white of artisanal workmanship, produced by a historic winery in the Rhineland with a passion for Burgundy. The long ageing in wood and the spontaneous fermentation give this wine body, aroma and dynamism. To the nose peaches, the typical hint of butter and herbaceous notes on the finish are perceived, really an elegant profile. Despite the power, to the palate it is fresh and drinkable, with a great aromatic persistence. An intriguing expression made so by these contrasts, to be tasted with a few more years on the shoulders
