Viu Manent Secreto Carmenére Content: 750cc Variety: Carménère 85% and 15% of a "secret" Tasting Notes: Deep purplish-red colour. It has a fresh nose with personality that reflects the typicity of Carménère. There are red fruits, plums, sweet spices, moist earth and black pepper, which are interspersed with a subtle note of blond tobacco coming from its aging in oak barrels. On the palate it is a wine with a medium structure, vertical, good volume, fresh, elegant, balanced, complex and with a long and persistent finish.
