A magnificent, confidential and promising Saint-Joseph, ready to be enjoyed young with a perfectly fluid and digestible mouthfeel. The vines are located in Andance, right in the center of the Saint-Joseph appellation. Deep terroir on alluvium, rolled pebbles and sand.
Vinification in whole clusters 10 days, little extraction, 24 hours of manual and gentle ratchet press, 1 year of aging on fine lees in old barrels, no racking and bottling by gravity.
