Red Wine Naturally Sweet From Sundried Grapes, PGI Cyclades
Grape variety: Mandilaria100%.
Overripe grapes are sundried for 7-15 days. Then destemmed and pressed.
The sweet red juice ferments slowly for more than 2 months in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
After the end of the fermentation, the naturally sweet wine is transferred to oak barrels in order to mature for several years.
Aging potential: Unlimited.
