Coming all from the Ruby Vineyard in the Mayacamas Mountains, in Sonoma, the Cabernet Sauvignon Audace offers a deep plum/purple color as well as impressive, powerful notes of blackcurrants, charcoal, chocolate, and graphite. A big, rich, medium to full-bodied Cabernet, it has building yet ripe tannins, solid mid-palate depth, and a great finish. It needs bottle age to integrate some tannins, but it’s a beautiful wine.
