Defining layers of citrus and green apple aromas are followed by bright acidity with a creaminess that combines for a luscious mouth feel. Night hand-harvested grapes immediately pressed whole cluster and overnight tank settled. Fermented in barrel with native yeast, 100% native malolactic fermentation in barrels.
