This Nebbiolo from the Valtellina is different, less concentrated, but very tempting and easy to drink. Earthy scents and flavors of fruits, subdued notes of dried flowers and herbs, not challenging, but playful and with finesse. Delicious! 90 days of maceration in wood, fermentation with indigenous yeasts and aging for another two years in wood. A fresh, elegant and delicate Nebbiolo with a pleasant pulp.
