Review: The T26 is a pale gold color with aromas of green melon and ripe citrus. The palate is dry with the smallest hint of an oily texture, and is dominated by minerals, yellow apples, and white pepper. The finish is long and deliciously refreshing. Food
Pairing: I enjoyed this wine on pizza night! The acidity was the perfect counterpoint to a pie topped with nutty Fontina and salty prosciutto.
Bottom Line: The balance and brightness in the T26 just can’t be beat.
