The saline notes are especially present on the palate, where that salty sensation is shown along with ripe white fruits and herbs. This is a dense and heavy wine with tremendous structure, great depth of flavors, and acidity that runs from the beginning to the end of the palate, providing freshness and underscoring that salinity. A sauvignon that has always been on the podium of Chile's best sauvignons.
