You will find the charming character of the Fourchaume terroir. Notes of ripe fruit, hazelnut and on the palate, roundness ending in a very long finish carried by a delicate and salty acidity.
Great as an aperitif or with fish, happily accompanies white meats in sauce or veal and rice.

This Premier Cru Chablis has a exciting balance of ripe citrus fruit with vibrant mineral freshness that makes it leap and bound over the palate. Not a hint of the opulence that 2020 sometimes has. Very clean, long finish with complex chalky character. Drink or hold.
