Our grand parents Humberto Giol (Juan’s son) and Eleonora Gargantini (Bautista daughter) got married and with the same spirit of their parents, in the thirties bought wineries, vineyard and also founded Bodega y Viñedos San Polo. These possessions were situated in one of the best environments for wine growing and wine making, right by the foot of the Andes Mountain range. Nowadays Alejandra Giol and Rodolfo Masera are the owners of the winery, they want to follow with the same spirits of their Grand Grand Father and his love for the Wine industry.
There are a great amplitude thermal between 8º to 35º maximums are registered during a day. The vineyards have varieties of first quality like Malbec, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah and Torrontés, worked with high technology to produce wine of highest quality. The essential complement to produce these superb wines, is our winery with a capacity of 1.320.572,92 gallons (5.000.000 liters), adapted to the actual requirements of modern technology and a team of professionals of international first level.
Zentas is the reunion that the Indians of the high- mountain Valleys had to offer the fruits of their efforts, and thank Mother Earth for the blessings received after another cycle of life, reigned by suns and moons. In this festivity they celebrated the communion of the senses, the spirit, the earth, water and sky.
