Cabernet Sauvignon best expresses its role, made up of refined fruity notes (blackberry, prune) and a well-integrated botanical component (eucalyptus). These are accompanied by the wilder fruit notes (black cherry) of the Pugnitello , and then the spicy notes in perfect balance (pepper, licorice) with a slight balsamic note.
A wine of great impact and very complex, with a nice acidity.
