Such is the fame of Remírez de Ganuza's red wines that people often overlook the whites, which is a huge shame. Made from small sub-plots of Viura, Malvasía and Garnacha Blanca, this is a mini white Burgundy style cuvée that's fermented and aged in 90% new oak. Subtle, leesy and intense, with aromatic wood spices and a tangy, stony, citrus-edged palate.
