“Redentore” wines are obtained with the philosophy that characterizes the way the winery is operated: organic and biodynamic principles in viticulture, energy produced with solar panels, vegan principles, vinification with indigenous yeasts and no sulfites added.
WINEMAKER’S TASTING NOTES
Redentore Sauvignon blanc seduces with its pale yellow color and its complex and aromatic scents, with notes of jasmine, peach and mint. Thanks to its stimulating savory aftertaste is ideal with asparagus, eggs and fish. We suggest to serve at 8-10°C. It has no added sulfites.
