Our flagship blend of 39% Cabernet Franc, 26% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 35% Petit verdot was aged 10 months in new and previously used French oak barrels after a long fermentation. Integrated tannins, a firm palate, and medium to long finish, positions this wine for most any food pairing. Try this with a grilled prime rib-eye steak lightly seasoned.
