Winemaker Notes
This bright, crisp and delicious sparkling wine from the North Fork consists of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. It shows aromas of bright green apple and light buttery notes surrounding crisp acidity and medium weight. Hand-harvested from sandy loam soils and made in the Méthode Champenoise with zero dosage. It is matured on the lees for 24 months for added depth and complexity.
Blend: 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir

Bright and aromatic while also rich and honeyed, this offers heady notes of green apple, apricot jam, marmalade and flora's, with a salty flicker. There’s a slight sweetness and richness to the palate that’s counteracted by a burst of lively fizz and lovely bright, crisp acidity, along with layers of flavor.
