Winemaking process
This wine results from a rigorous selection of our best grapes Padeiro, Espadal and Vinhão and the perfect communion between technique and tradition. The grape crop is picked manually into small boxes. The grapes are destemmed and then pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.
Tasting notes
Aromas of red fruits are present, together with an intense freshness that is the direct result of the intrinsic characteristics of our native grape varieties.
Food pairings
This wine is perfect to enjoy as an appetizer or with a variety of light meals, salads, shellfish and fish.
Recommendations
This wine should be served at a temperature between 8ºC – 10ºC.
Store in a horizontal position in a cool, dark place free from strong and foreign odours or vibrations, at a constant temperature.
