On the nose, the 2019 GT from Pranzegg practices distinction through demarcation Aromatically, it is currently primarily controlled by fermentation tones that make you aware of the long yeast storage, instead of trying to lure you out of your reserve with roses and lychees, as is typical for the grape variety. Pranzegg's GT from 100% Gewürztraminer was harvested early and kicked around before being left on the mash for five days without temperature control.
