The “Brooster” is an ideal red wine for sipping alone or paired with a casual meal. Approachably priced and easily opened via the Stelvin screw cap, Brooster’s bright, colorful package is a big hit in restaurants. This style of wine is reminiscent of Zinfandel blends commonly produced before the days of “over the top” ripeness and high alcohol levels.
