Pale ruby color with elegant golden highlights. To the nose, this Vin Santo Occhio di Pernice is an aromatic bouquet of great breadth and complexity with characteristic notes of dried fruit, honey and various spices.
It is a precious and particular wine, the product of the finest grapes and soil. Its excellent, sun-bathed vineyards, and the careful handpicking guarantee its classic warm, full, mellow taste and persistent finish.
The natural drying on straw mats for 4 months, and the extremely slow fermentation — in tune with the passing seasons — stopping in winter and starting again with the warmth of spring, guarantee the characteristic structure and aroma of a truly fine wine.
