Poderi Cellario Langhe Favorita Lafrea is a cool and crisp white wine from Piemonte. Honeydew melon, lemon, nectarine, and dried grass notes shine on a light but electric body. Favorita is the local name for the Vermentino grape variety. Hand-harvested into small bins. De-stemmed, pneumatic direct press. Natural fermentation in stainless steel. Aged in stainless steel tanks on lees from winter through spring. Bottled with minimal sulfur (~10ppm) and without filtering or fining.
