PharaohMoans 2017 Syrah uses 60% new oak and exudes notes of black fruits, smoked meats and exotic spice due to the stem inclusions. The palate is lush and floral with great chewy tannin structure offering aromas of black licorice and boysenberry and plum compote. The aging potential is 10-14 years.
We produced 400 cases of our PharaohMoans 2017 Syrah. This Syrah will ship to you in our patented pyramid boxes this Fall, weather permitting. We encourage you to secure your allocation now, as quantities are limited. Each six-bottle allocation remains $570 plus California sales tax and shipping. We also produced a handful of Winemaker-signed 2017 (1.5 liter) magnums of Syrah available upon request, and on a first-in basis.
