Colour can be deceptive, as this ultra-pale white wine might suggest extreme lightness. Spontaneous fermentation in barrel has resulted in subtle walnut and oaky aromas developing into creamy nutty fruit on the palate. This is definitely not a fruit-driven wine, but the layers of texture – from creamy silkiness, to firm grippy acidity and an almost voluptuous mouthfeel – make it highly appealing and moreish.
