Winemaker Notes
Ruby red, almost garnet colored. The nose is floral, rich, broad and continuous. On the palate it is soft, harmonious, fresh, delicate in tannins, rich in red fruit.
Ideal for delicate meat dishes such as grilled fillet, roast or first courses such as ravioli, tagliatelle with meat sauce, truffled food and aged cheeses.
