Based in Reims, the Palmer & Co champagne house started out as an association of seven well-established winegrowers all of whom were committed to creating the perfect champagne expression. Deciding to pool their resources, the set out and found a champagne house in 1947 and began crafting champagne using their unique style and lengthy maturation process.
Fresh and full-bodied, the Palmer & Co. Brut Rose Reserve Champagne is a delightfully fruity expression that is guaranteed to brighten up your evenings. A blend of 45% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir, and 10% Pinot Meunier, the wine gets its distinctive pink color by being enriched with oak-aged red wine from a Solera. This same process also adds another layer of flavor to the wine for a truly lip-smacking sipping experience.
Bright salmon-pink in color, the rose greets you with a tantalizing nose of wild strawberries accented by notes of red and black currants. This then give way to a dry palate brimming with delicate notes of acidic blueberry, gooseberry, vanilla, cinnamon, and freshly cut grass all tied together by a lusciously fruity finish.
