Since 2008, we’ve made Huntington to catalogue the essence of Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir vintage after vintage. As a pretty, entry-level offering, Huntington is the perfect accompaniment for all occasions, and its versatility is built on a balance of bright acidity, elegant spice and medium-weight fruitiness. Today Huntington is overwhelmingly made using estate-grown fruit from Pali Vineyard, but depending on the vintage, it is occasionally buttressed with fruit from neighboring Santa Barbara County vineyards.
Rustic cherry meets wild thyme and pine along with raspberry, cranberry, and sage to form a fruit forward yet earthy palate that’s pleasantly acidic.
