Winemaker Notes
Estate Albariño vines are handpicked in small baskets and then fermented in stainless steel. A couple of months aging on fine lees provides roundness. This wine highlights the citrus aromas and flavors so typical of this varietal, bright acidity and a touch of effervescence on the palate. Fresh lemon and lime zest balanced by the saline of the ocean mists, aromas and flavors of stone fruits, green apple and melon.

Pale, green-tinged yellow. Lively orange, pear and floral scents are complemented by a hint of quinine. Shows fine clarity and nervy cut to juicy citrus and orchard fruit flavors that deepen on the back half. Lingers with bright, minerally persistence, leaving honeysuckle and orange zest notes behind.
