Made with only the very best fruit from Castle Cliffs vineyard in the Marlborough region's Awatere Valley, this New Zealand pinot noir wine is matured and aged in oak barrels for 10 months. That process gives this wine toasted oak notes that frame its concentrated fruit flavors. With clean minerality, a firm tannin structure and a bright and lingering finish, this complex and mouth-filling red table wine goes perfectly with a mustard and herb-crusted rack of lamb, char-grilled tuna, pan-roasted chicken, scallops or a delicious pavlova. For best taste and quality, refrigerate this Nobilo wine for at least an hour before serving.
