A blend of 70% Chardonnay, 20% Pinot Bianco and 10% Pinot Nero, this has a delicate nose recalling chamomile, brioche, hay and stone fruit. On the bone-dry, linear palate, a refined, continuous perlage accompanies Meyer lemon, unripened yellow apple and bread crust. While some may find it too austere, fans of the dosaggio zero style will be captivated.
