ROBINS
This sophisticated wine offers flavors of crisp apples and almonds. It is bone dry, which means it needs to age in bottle in order to soften, but all the elements are there, with a fresh twist of lemon at the end.
delicate and fruity, unfolding aromas of fresh almond, vanilla, hazelnut and honey. a pleasant vivacity on the nose as in the mouth with floral notes, but also fresh apple. Pretty balance between the roundness and the subtle bitterness of chenin blanc. Elegant structure.
