This first edition is a blend of 75% Grand Cru Chardonnay from Cramant, Avize, Oger, and Le Mesnil, and 25% Pinot Noir from Vertus 1er Cru, made in the saignée method. The result is a true Côte des Blancs Rosé - a perfect balance of elegance, finesse, and complexity.
