The domaine's emblematic wine is the 2017 Chorey-lès-Beaune Vieilles Vignes, and it has turned out very well. Unfurling in the glass with aromas of cherries, cassis, red berries, smoked meats and loamy soil, it's medium to full-bodied, velvety and layered, with a deep core of fruit, powdery tannins and tangy acids. It's charming but also has the substance to age.
