Aromas of Bing and Chelan cherries, summer savory and dark mocha follow through on the full-bodied palate. The soft tannins accentuated with flavors of wild huckleberries, pink peppercorns, cacao nibs and a hint of espresso powder make it a great food pairing wine. Try it with your favorite grilled steak, wine braised short ribs or roasted mushroom and veggie tart.
