Wine - making: in small containers (fermentini) for around 10 days
Refinement: in small French and Amercina Oak barrels for 12 months and at least 4 months in bottle
Colour: ruby red with deep red glints
Bouquet: elegant with cherry hints, intense and persistent; jam scents provided by the light grape dryinh, spicy; hints of coffee, cocoa, cinnamon and a balsamic background.
Taste: sumptuous, warm, full-bodied, intense, with a velvet tannin, hints of china and licorice.
Temperature of ideal service: 18° C
Gastronomic combinings: good with roast meat and seasoned cheese.
