Marto's Riesling from 2020 is something we kept in the cellar for a while to build on its stunning complexity. Made in small wooden barrels, this Rheinhessen Riesling is drinking perfectly right now and we believe it's an unmissable expression of Riesling. Lemon zest on the nose, whilst the palate gives a precise, clear texture that's crisp, with fresh acidity and a very delicate touch of yeast from the flor covering that developed during elevage. The Marto Riesling pairs well with spicy Thai dishes like Laab.
