Winemaker Notes
The color is a light straw yellow with pale green hues. The intense and refined aroma is persistent and has fruity and floral notes, reminiscent of Golden Delicious apple and green almonds, with a strong scent of chamomile flowers. The taste is harmonious and has remarkable sapidity.
It is a classic wine to accompany tasty starters, shellfish and fish. Thanks to its structure and minerality, it is ideal for sipping alongside rice salads, savory tarts with vegetables, light first courses and fish courses. Excellent with soft fresh cheeses.
