From the terroir of Epernay, this Champagne is a tantalising blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes. Offering bright fruit flavours, this wine is delicate and smooth. Perfect with seared scallops or fig and goat cheese crostini. A relatively light style of NV Champagne with hints of apples and yeast coming through on the nose.
