From the terroir of Epernay, this Champagne is a tantalising blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes. Offering bright fruit flavours, this wine is delicate and smooth. Perfect with seared scallops or fig and goat cheese crostini. A relatively light style of NV Champagne with hints of apples and yeast coming through on the nose. It makes a great accompaniment to seafood mollusks, such as oysters, mussels or clams. Good length and balance make this an exceptional buy to share with friends or family.
