The Barbera San Michele of the Malvirà winery is a red wine made with 100% of Barbera grapes grown in the San Michele cru, on the Canale hills. After aging in wooden barrels for 18-20 months, this Barbera has an intense ruby red color and a fruity bouquet, with cherry and plum notes, in addition to a pleasantly vanilla background. With of a good structure, fresh and fruity on the palate, the Barbera San Michele of Malvirà winery is perfect to drink in combination wuth first and second courses of meat, risotto with mushrooms or cold cuts and cheeses.
