A 100% Cabernet Franc, the 2022 red L'Intrus wine exudes abundant, aromas of fruit, with no added wood. It is a pure wine, with notes of graphite and black fruits. Vinification:
Hand harvested, fermentation without sulphur and only with indigenous yeasts, daily punching of the cap and pumping over, aged for 3 months in concrete vats.
