A 100% Cabernet Franc, the 2022 red L'Intrus wine exudes abundant, aromas of fruit, with no added wood. It is a pure wine, with notes of graphite and black fruits. Fresh, stylish, with a halo of delicate tannins, this is the perfect archetype of a thirst-quenching wine that will delight the greatest number of wine lovers. Vinification:
Hand harvested, fermentation without sulphur and only with indigenous yeasts, daily punching of the cap and pumping over, aged for 3 months in concrete vats.
