This wine consists of 100% Viognier grapes from the department of Herault in the south of the Minervois area. Aromatic, with notes of apricot and peach. The palate is a combination of floral notes of acacia flowers, lilies, and lavender as well as hints of fresh peach.

COMMENTARY: The 2022 Maison de la Villette Viognier is a lovely country wine perfect for simple fare. TASTING NOTES: This wine offers aromas and flavors of dried earth, faint floral notes, tangy citrus, and a hint of graphite. Served it with a bowl of clam udon.
