From an outstanding vintage for Champagne and harvested from Roederer's own holdings in the Val de Marne, near Cumières, on a south facing limsetone slope to maximize the sometimes sparse sunlight of that region. In 1985, the weather was perfect and a legendary Rosé Champagne was born. Beginning with an aroma of sour berries and flowers, the wine tastes of oranges and further floral notes that blend well with nice acidity and an extremely long finish. If vintage Champagne is your passion, then you can't pass on this rarely seen bottling.
