The 2020 Chardonnay Golden Slope is super appealing. Orchard fruit, tangerine oil, mint and spice abound. The flavor profile leans into the extroverted side of the spectrum, but, texturally, the wine feels a bit restrained. It's an interesting duality that, while unusual, works well here.
